By accessing or using our website, app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1️⃣ Purpose of the Service

Driving Theory Belgium provides educational materials to help learners prepare for the Belgian Category B Driving Licence Theory Exam.
Our resources include:

  • Practice quizzes and mock exams
  • Theory video lessons
  • E-books and paperback books
  • Study bundles combining all materials

These resources are provided for personal learning use only.

2️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By using this Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
  • Have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use
  • Accept that this agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Driving Theory Belgium

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

3️⃣ User Accounts & Subscriptions

Some features (such as premium quizzes, video lessons, or eBooks) require an account and active subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Subscriptions are time-limited.
  • All subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their duration — no auto-renewal applies.
  • You can cancel or request assistance at any time by emailing support@drivingtheory.be.

4️⃣ Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
Once access is granted, refunds are not available except in exceptional cases. Contact us by emailing support@drivingtheory.be.
If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

5️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, questions, graphics, videos, and materials on DrivingTheory.be or within the app, is owned by Driving Theory Belgium and protected under copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or share content from the platform
  • Resell or distribute materials to others
  • Use our content for commercial or classroom training without written consent

Violation of this clause may result in account termination and possible legal action.

6️⃣ Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
  • Share login details or subscription access with others
  • Upload or share content that violates copyright, privacy, or other rights
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or misleading purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any account found in violation.

Driving Theory Belgium provides educational materials only.
We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing the official exam.
All resources are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Driving Theory Belgium, its owners, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Technical interruptions, errors, or delays
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use

Your use of our Service is entirely at your own risk.

9️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the competent courts of Belgium.

🔟 User-Generated Content

When you submit comments, reviews, or feedback:

  • You grant Driving Theory Belgium a non-exclusive right to use, display, or share that content for promotional or operational purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any rights, laws, or privacy of others.

11️⃣ Mobile App Terms

If you use the Driving Theory Belgium app:

  • Account information is stored securely and follows our Privacy Policy.
  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel your active subscription automatically.

12️⃣ Changes to Terms of Use

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we’ll post the updated version on our website or notify users via email or in-app notice.
The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision.
