We collect the following categories of personal data: Account information: When you register on DrivingTheory.be we collect your name, email address, and a password. This information is required to create and manage your account. Purchase information: When you purchase a plan through WooCommerce we collect billing details necessary to process your payment. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers. Usage data: We may collect information about how you use the platform including pages visited, content accessed, and time spent on the platform. This data is used to improve the platform and is not linked to identifiable personal data. Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your login session and to understand how visitors use our website. 5. How Long We Keep Your Data

11. Children
DrivingTheory.be is intended for adults preparing for the Belgian driving licence theory exam. The platform is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
