What the Belgian Driving Theory Video Lessons Cover

The seven lessons work through every topic tested in the official Category B theory exam. Lessons 1 and 2 cover junctions in detail β€” priority rules, authorised persons, crossing, turning, and roundabouts. This is where most candidates lose marks, so the topic is split across two lessons rather than rushed into one.
Lesson 3 covers speed β€” limits by road type, braking distances, overtaking, and stopping distances. Lesson 4 covers road users, markings, pedestrians, and safe positioning on the road. Lesson 5 works through the full range of traffic signs: warning, priority, prohibition, mandatory, and indication signs.
Lesson 6 covers waiting and parking rules, including where you may stop, where you may park, and the restrictions that apply in different zones. Lesson 7 covers your vehicle β€” documents, safety requirements, environmental considerations, and the violations that carry the heaviest penalties.
All content is based on the official Belgian traffic code at wegcode.be. Total running time across all seven lessons is approximately six to seven hours.

Study Tip β€” Getting the Most from Your Video Lessons

Watch each lesson all the way through before moving to the next one β€” the topics build on each other, especially the junction lessons. If something is unclear, rewatch that section before continuing. After finishing all 7 lessons, use the online practice exam to test your understanding across all ten exam categories.

Most learners find it helpful to take short notes while watching β€” especially for priority rules, speed limits, and road signs. Having your own summary to refer back to makes revision much faster.
