These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of DrivingTheory.be, including all content, products, and services offered on the platform. By registering for an account or purchasing a plan you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DrivingTheory.be you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of DrivingTheory.be.

2. About the Platform

DrivingTheory.be is an English-language online study platform providing preparation materials for the Belgian Category B driving licence theory exam. The platform is owned and operated by Anjum Pasha. The platform includes video lessons, digital theory eBooks, online practice questions, and mock exam simulations. All content is based on the official Belgian Highway Code published by the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport and the traffic code at wegcode.be.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to register for an account on DrivingTheory.be. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes — including but not limited to reselling access, training driving instructors, or operating a driving school — is not permitted without prior written consent from DrivingTheory.be.

4. Account Registration

To access paid content on DrivingTheory.be you must register for an account by providing your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Each account is for one individual user only. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

DrivingTheory.be offers the following subscription plans: • Free 3-Day Bundle Preview — free of charge, no payment required • Practice Exam + eBook — 5-day, 10-day, 30-day, or 2-month access • Video Lessons + eBook — 2-month or 4-month access • Theory eBooks — 4-month digital access to one or both eBooks • Study Bundle — 2-month or 4-month access to all content All prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. There is no automatic renewal. Each plan is a one-time payment for the stated access period. When your plan expires your access ends and no further charges are made.

6. Access and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable subscription fee, DrivingTheory.be grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the platform content during your subscription period. You may: • Access and read the eBooks through the platform reader for personal study • Watch video lessons through the platform for personal study • Complete practice questions and mock exams for personal study. You may not: • Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform • Share your login credentials with any other person • Use any automated tools, bots, or scraping software to access content • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any access controls or security measures • Use the content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DrivingTheory.be — including but not limited to video lessons, eBook text, practice questions, answer explanations, images, and the platform design — is the intellectual property of DrivingTheory.be or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. “Driving Theory for Belgium Made Simple” and “600+ Practice Exam Questions with Explanations” are original works authored by Anjum Pasha and are protected by copyright. Reproduction of any part of these works without written permission is strictly prohibited. Your subscription grants you a personal licence to access the content. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using DrivingTheory.be you agree not to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Share, resell, or redistribute platform content or login credentials • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers • Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful content • Impersonate any person or entity • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation • Circumvent any technical measures used to protect content or restrict access We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without notice and without refund.

9. Content Accuracy and Disclaimer

All content on DrivingTheory.be is based on the official Belgian Highway Code and is updated to reflect current traffic regulations to the best of our ability. However: • DrivingTheory.be is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass the Belgian driving theory exam • We make no representation that the content is exhaustive or error-free • Traffic regulations may change and we cannot guarantee that all content is current at the time of your study • You are responsible for verifying current regulations through official sources such as wegcode.be and the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport The platform is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on DrivingTheory.be constitutes legal, professional, or official driving instruction advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Belgian law, DrivingTheory.be and its operators, authors, and affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any failure to pass the Belgian driving theory exam • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content • Any loss of data resulting from technical issues Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and content has been accessed, except where required by applicable Belgian consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact us at support@drivingtheory.be and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Where a technical fault on our part prevents access we will offer an extension of your subscription period or an alternative remedy at our discretion. The Free 3-Day Bundle Preview is free of charge and no payment is taken, therefore no refund applies.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@drivingtheory.be. Closing your account will end your access to all platform content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if: • You breach these Terms of Use • You share login credentials with another person • You attempt to circumvent access controls or download protected content • We reasonably believe fraudulent activity has occurred on your account. In cases of termination due to breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Flanders. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
